The Sorolla Museum occupies the house that was the home of the painter and his family since 1911. The collections are distributed throughout all the visitable areas of the house, which has preserved almost intact the decoration it had during the life of Joaquín Sorolla. The painting collection coexists with the original furniture and objects of the house, making it one of the best preserved artist’s houses in Europe.
